SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are generally all sent through TNT Next Day parcel service. Larger orders may in part be sent to you directly from a supplier.

We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible; in many instances this may mean within 48 hours. However, stock limitations may cause a slight delay, therefore please allow 3 working days in total for delivery. Some items are manufactured to order. Where applicable notification of this and the estimated delivery times will be found within the individual product descriptions. If an order is only part ready for shipment, we will send the available items out immediately and any remaining items will arrive in a second shipment.

Delivery charges:
Our standard carriage charge on all orders is a fixed £12.95. Free delivery is available on orders totaling over £199 excl. VAT (The shopping cart will deduct the shipping charge automatically).

Please note that we only deliver to UK Mainland.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All duct supplies, fan boxes and plenums are made to order to specific sizes as specified by you, the customer. Therefore all items made to order are exempt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are non-refundable.

For items that are not made to order you have 14 calendar days starting after delivery to cancel your order.  You are entitled to a full refund including your basic delivery charges.  If you have ordered multiple goods we are unable to refund delivery charges for part of an order.  To cancel your order you will need to complete and submit a cancellation form.

Goods are returned at your own expense to Gomer Street, West Willenhall, West Midlands, WV13 2NR.  We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and retain this until the refund has been processed.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and returned in a saleable condition.
